Can I travel with the mask? / Can I use the mask on a plane?

Please make sure to use a power adapter suitable for the country you are traveling in. The mask uses a lithium-ion battery rated at 9.62Wh / 2200mAH. If you are travelling by air, the mask should be carried in carry-on baggage and not checked in. The device must be completely switched off. Make sure to always check your airline's policy before flying with your mask.

Is the mask waterproof?

No. Use and store in a dry environment.

Yes, the Shark CryoGlow mask has been developed with dermatologists & industry experts.

Is the mask safe to use around children and pets?

This mask is safe to use around children and pets, but not safe to use on children or pets. Your scope of vision will be decreased when wearing the mask, do not leave small children unsupervised.

Can I use the mask if I have botox/filler?

Do not use the the Shark CryoGlow mask if you had a facial treatment where the skin has not fully healed, including neurotoxin, dermal filler, micro needling, laser, or chemical peel. Please refer to the User Manual for a comprehensive list of medical conditions for which the mask should not be used.

Can I use the mask if I have eczema?

Do not use the Shark CryoGlow Mask if you have eczema on the face, hairline, ears, or neck. Please refer to the User Manual for a comprehensive list of medical conditions for which the mask should not be used.

Can the mask be used by both women and men?

Yes, the mask has been designed for and tested on both women and men with the idea of being gender-inclusive.

How long does it take to see results?

Best results are achieved through consistent use of the same LED routine daily for 8 weeks or more. It may take 8 or more weeks to see results based on the routine used and your goals. You may experience different skin effects in the process of your skin journey when consistently using an LED routine. Results may vary depending on your skin condition at the start of your journey.

How do LEDs work?

This mask has 3 different LED wavelengths, also called colors, (Blue, Red, and Infrared). Depending on their wavelength, the light penetrates into different layers of the skin.
